- Make besan batter in which rice flour, chilli flakes & salt, the batter is not too thick not too light & dip the one by one leaf & fry it



- In mean while take thick curd & mix sugar in it & keep for chilled then take plate arrange the fried Palak pata & put curd on that, some chopped onion,black salt, chaat masal


- Then both chutney & some curd again & sev & anar & some boondi & serve it
