Instructions to make to make Kand-Aloo Puris

  1. In mixing bowl add boiled & mashed potato, grated purple yam, chopped coriander leaves. Add wheat flour, rice flour, curd and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add little water to bind into a semi-soft dough.
  3. Heat ghee in a frying pan on medium flame on gas.
  4. Take lemon size dough portion, roll smooth and flatten it. Place on plastic sheet, on Puri press. Press gently to make round puri. Similarly, prepare all.
  5. Deep fry in hot ghee on high flame as Puri puff up..lower to medium flame. Fry till crispy golden on both sides.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Kand - Aloo Puri with Curd or Tea / Coffee.
