- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cup cauliflower chopped
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup paneer long cut
Instructions to make to make Hydrabadi biryani
- First take a mixer jar put all msala in it
- Make a paste
- Take a pan heat oil fry all vegetables,paneer and cashchew

- Now take a pan heat ghee
- Add paste saute it
- Add all dry masala in it

- Saute it till oil comes out
- Now add sugar,salt curd and fresh cream

- Saute it 3 min
- Add all veggies init

- Mix well cook for 2 min.
- Take another pan heat ghee
- Put first layer of rice
- Spread veggies paste on it
- Spread some cashchew,paneer and onion
- Spread another layer of rice
- Spread paste of veggies

- Spread kaju,kishmish,paneer and onion fry
- At the last spread layer of rice
- Shimmer it for 10 min on slow flame
- Now take a rice plate put birayani on it
- Garnish with paneer,kaju and onion fry
- Spread coriander leaves
- Ready

- Serve hot with fruit raita or veggies raita
