  1. For khichdi
  2. Put a pan on the flame, add some oil, cumin seeds, cloves, pepper corn, elaichi, bay leaves, cinnamon stick and let it splatter. Add in some onion into it and cook it until it become light pink in colour then add ginger-garlic paste and cook it until it's raw smell is gone the add turmeric powder and cool it well
  3. Add curd into it and let it cook for sometime until it leave the sides of the pan. Then add in the soaked rice and red lentil into and mix it properly.
  4. Add water as per the requirement then add salt chopped green chilli, mint and coriander leaves and let it cook until it's nicely done.
