- 1 chopped green chilli (small)

- (1/2 tsp) Red chilli powder
- As per taste Salt
Steps to make to make Crispy Rings
- First of All, Take a bowl & add curd & water in it. whisk them well.Make sure No lumps Form.
- Now add,chopped chillies, Red chilli powder,curry leaves, Fresh coriander,Jeera in it & Mix well.
- Now put the mixture into Flame (Low). Keep stirring & when one boil comes add Rice Flour.Keep stirring.
- In 5-7 mins it's start getting Thick consistency,add salt.(Salt to be added in last in order to stop curd curdles). we have to make a Dough consistency when it comes switch off the flame.
- Now let it cools down a bit but not Properly.
- Grease your hands with oil.Take small round of dough (Make sure it's hot) & make cylindrical shape so that our rings to be made.
- When Rings get ready, Just Deep fry them in medium heated oil till golden color comes or can make in Airfryer by preheating it for 10 mins at 200°c.
- After putting in airfryer,brush oil & airfried it for 10mins.it's Ready
