  10. 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  11. 1 tablespoon ginger chilli paste
  12. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

  14. 1 teaspoon eno fruit salt
  15. For tempering
  16. 2 tablespoon oil
  17. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  18. 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  19. as needed Curry leaves

  1. For Farali Handva lot
    In a mixture jar, add sama rice and sabudana and grind into a coarse powder.
    Store into airtight container.
  2. Farali Handva   Soak Handva flour with curd for 30 minutes.
  3. Now add little water and make handva batter consistency.
    Then add grated lauki,grated carrot, coriander leaves, green chilli-ginger paste, turmeric powder, rock salt and eno. Mix well.
  4. Now in a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, curry leaves. Spread vaghar in a pan.
    Pour handva batter and spread evenly.
    Cover and cook handva on a medium flame for 15 minutes on one side.
    Flip it and cook another side for 10 minutes.
    Serve crispy handva with green chutney
