- Add onions and green chilliez. Saute till dark golden brown.



- Then add marinated soya. Saute till it is done.After that add tomato puree and spices.



- Put rice on already sauted soya followed by fried onions and mint coriander leaves and 1 glass of water.


- 1 whistle on high and it is done. Serve hot with green chutney,some onions and lemon wedges!
