Paneer Biryani is my dad's favorite recipe,as he love pure veg food, i have prepare this recipe without onion & garlic.

Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Paneer Biryani (No Onion/garlic):
- 300 grams Basmati Rice
- 300 grams Paneer
- 3 Boiled Potato
- 3-4 Green Chilli
- 1 inc Ginger
- 1 Tomato
- Green Chilli + Ginger + Tomato Paste
- 3 tbsp Yoghurt
- Sugar little
- 2 tsp Biryani Masala
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Coriander + Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Turmeric Powder little
- White Oil
- 2 tsp Ghee
- Rose Water little
- Keora Water little
- 2 tbspMilk + Kesar
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Cloves 8
- 2 Cinnamon
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 8 Cardamom
Steps to make to make Paneer Biryani (No Onion/garlic)
- Boil Water in a vessel.. add spices....add 2 Tbsp Oil


- Add Basmati Rice, cooked untill 80% done... Drain the water
- In a pan heat oil.. fry paneer untill light brown....take out

- In the same pan now fry Potato.... fry till golden brown... take out

- Add more 2 Tsp Oil... add all spices..

- Add tomato puree, Biryani masala,cumin powder,coriander powder, and Red chilli powder....mix well cook for 2-3 min


- Once masala are cooked add Curd....Adjust Salt and Sugar... mix cook for another 2 min

- Now add fried paneer and potatoes... mix and coat with masala well....

- Add 1/2 Cup water... Now close the lid cook for 5 min over medium flame


- After 5 min open the lid... keep half off the paneer and potao aside for layering....

- Now for Biryani layering first spread half of rice... 1 tsp ghee.... paneer and potato


- Next spread rest off the rice,ghee, Kesar milk, rose water, keora water


- Close the lid... let the Biryani cook over low flame for 15 min...

- Paneer biryani is now ready to serve.... This is my dad's favorite recipe, and i would like to prepare this recipe on father's day :)
