  33. 1/2 tsp turmeric

Steps to make to make Mutton dum biryani

  1. Clean the mutton. Marinate with curd, lemon, salt, turmeric, papaya peel for one hour.
  2. Clean the rice. Soak for one hour in 1:1 ratio.
  3. Cut onions, green chillies, coriander, mint. Peel ginger and garlic.
