  1. Yakhni ke ingredients aik bary bhagonny main daal kar stove par rakh dain or halki anch(flame) par 30-40 minute pakain. Jab pak jai tou chicken or yakhni alag karlain.
  2. Dusry bartan main 1/2 cup oil or 2 kati(chopped) onion or brown karlain or phr us main 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste dalain or phr chicken daal kar achy se paka lain.
  3. Dahi(yogurt) ke andr garam masala ke ingredients daal kar mix karlain or phr us mixture ko chicken main properly mix karlain.
  4. Chicken ke andr phr rice daal dain us ke upar yakhni (sieve) hui daal dain. Itni ho ke rice achy se yakhni ke undr hon or pura cover karly usko.
