  8. 1/2 tsp salt
  9. ½ carrot, chopped
  10. 1 small potato, cubed
  11. 1/2 capsicum, cubed
  12. 1/2 onion, petals
  13. OTHER INGREDIENTS:
  14. 2 tbsp+ 1 tsp ghee / clarified butter
  15. 1 bay leaf / tej patta
  16. 1 inch cinnamon / dalchini
  17. 1 star anise
  18. 5 cloves / lavang
  19. 1/2 tsp pepper
  20. 1 tsp cumin / jeera
  21. 4 cardamom / elachi
  22. 1 onion, finely chopped
  23. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  24. 1 1/2 cup basmati rice, soaked
  25. ¾ tsp salt
  26. 3 tbsp fried onions / barista
  27. 1/2 tsp biryani masala powder
  28. as required Food colour orange and green
  29. As required Kewda water
  30. 3 tbsp coriander & mint, chopped
