Steps to make to make Beef biryani
- In oil..add onion n fry till golden brown..add ginger garlic paste n all sabit garam masale..add beef n fry for 5minutes..add turmeric n coriander powder..red chilli (crushed) n add 3-4 glass of water..cover n cook till meat tenders..


- When water becomes dry..then add tomatoes..salt..n achi tra bhun len..

- Take full pot of water for boiling rice..add badiyan n all sabit garam masale n salt as required..when rice becomes boiled..drain water


- Now layer the biryani..first layer of rice..then beef qorma..add green chillies n coriander n mint leaves..(in yoghurt add 2pinch orange color n all spices powder..beat n add in rice)..repeat same process


- Heat for 15-20minutes..beef biryani is ready..
