- 1/2 cup curd
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup cabbage, finely grated
- 1/4 cup french bean, chopped & steamed
- 1/4 cup green peas, boiled
- 1/4 cup curd
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
- 10 peanuts, roasted
- 1/4 tsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp rai
- 10 curry leaves
- As needed Coriander to garnish

- Mix rice, curd and salt and mash this mixture slightly using back of spoon. Keep in the fridge while you perform rest of the steps.
