  19. 1 tbsp Eno
  20. as needed Salt
  21. For Tadka ♈️
  22. 2 tbsps Oil
  23. 1 tbsp Mustard
  24. 1 tbsp Cumin
  25. 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  26. 1/2 tbsp Ajwaine
  27. 1 Curry leave
  28. 2 nos dried Red chillies
  29. 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida

Instructions to make to make Handvo Muffins

  1. For handva flour, first of all wipe rice, chana dal, tuver dal with a cloth. Add to the Mixture jar and grind it into a coarse powder.
  2. Then add yoghurt, water and handva flour in a bowl, mix well and keep it covered in a warm place for 5-6 hours. After 6 hours add all the ingredients and mix it again well.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan, add ingredients for tadka, then add into the batter and stir it well. Grease the cupcake molds with the oil. Now add Eno in the batter, mix it and fill the cupcake molds and steam for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a saucepan, add mustard, cumin, sesame seeds, ajwaine, dried red chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida and spread on a cupcakes.
