  8. 1 pinch Hing/asafoetida

  1. Mix cooked rice and curd and add salt,keep it aside.take a pan for tadka and heat oil,add mustard seeds,hing,curry patta and let it cook for a while.put peanuts in it and sprinkle this on curd rice mixture.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled with papad
